With 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kimberley's commitment to excellence and dedication to her agents and clients is second to none.
Prior to joining The Oldham Group, Kimberley worked with DeLeon Realty, one of the top luxury boutique brokerages in the nation, as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and was also an integral part of their Transaction Coordination team. Her duties included listing management, interfacing with clients and attending appointments, open house coordination, and creating and implementing operational procedures to contribute to the growth and success of the company. In addition, she also developed valuable knowledge for understanding and explaining contracts and disclosures to prospective clients and newer agents.
Along with her time with DeLeon Realty, she has also served as the Office Manager to Juliana Lee with Keller Williams Realty. This gave her the opportunity to learn all the facets and ins and outs of the industry, and the intricate workings of a real estate transaction from start to finish. In just one year because of her efforts, she helped the team more than doubled their production and achieve the honor of being the #1 agent in the company.
Kimberley is also a licensed transaction coordinator, which gives her the added benefit of guiding both clients and agents through the complexities of contracts and disclosures. As an added bonus, she is currently working on becoming a Certified Transaction Coordinator with C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors), so that she can be an even greater asset to all the clients and agents for Team OG.
Outside of the real estate world, Kimberley is also a mom of 3 adorable kids (all under 5!). In her spare time, she is also a professional opera singer that has performed with highly acclaimed local companies such as Opera San Jose, West Bay Opera, Lyric Theater of San Jose, and Opera Cultura. Favorite pasttimes also include spending time with family, watching baseball, and movies.
