With experience as a realtor and transaction coordinator assistant, Ephan Liu is well-versed in the buying and selling of homes, with an expertise in the escrow process. He also has years of experience managing over 40 rental properties for his family in the Sacramento/Stockton area and interning at a local property management company here in the Bay Area. In his free time, Ephan has a plethora of activities that he enjoys doing. Whether it be training for a marathon, Olympic weightlifting, playing golf, or riding his motorcycle, Ephan does so with an innate drive to always give it his all.  With an emphasis on treating all of his clients with integrity and respect, Ephan isn't afraid to put in the work, and follow through on the promises that he makes.
